The retreat takes place at a private luxury home near the Gulf Coast in Southwest Florida. The closest airport is Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which is approximately 20 minutes from the retreat property. Detailed address and travel information will be provided upon registration.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before August 8th, 2025 (60 days prior to the retreat start date) will receive a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between August 9th and September 7th, 2025 (30-59 days prior) will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made on or after September 8th, 2025 (less than 30 days prior) are non-refundable.
• Full refund will be issued if Vivi & Joy, LLC cancels the retreat.
• Credit card fees of 1.5% of the total will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Your ticket includes 4 nights of luxury accommodations, all meals and snacks, four spa treatments, group wellness and coaching sessions, movement & mindfulness classes, holistic experiences, and a curated gift basket. Everything is taken care of so you can fully relax and recharge.

Travel to and from the retreat is not included. You are responsible for your own transportation. We can help coordinate ride-shares or carpooling options if needed.

Some rooms are shared, and some are private. Room assignments are based on your ticket type and preferences. The only shared room is the “Bunk Room”. For all others, you are purchasing a private room with the option to lower your rate if you bring a friend to share the room with.
